Elections for the position of President (term of 2 years); and General Committee Members (term of 1 year) will be held.   

• Nominations for the President must be received in writing to the Secretary by close of business Wednesday 22nd October 2025. Nominations must include a Seconder - please provide their full name and contact details. 
• Nominations for Committee Members can be made in writing or at the AGM. If the nominee can't be at the meeting, their written acceptance must included. 
• Any proposed changes to the Rules of Association or other special resolutions must also be received by close of business on the 22nd October 2025. Please send these to the Secretary via og@ggs.wa.edu.au 
• To help with planning, please send through any questions for the AGM by 17 November 2025. These can be emailed or posted to the Secretary at og@ggs.wa.edu.au 
• Please note: under the current Rules of Association, proxies are not allowed.
