Old Guildfordians married in Guildford Grammar School’s Chapel, the Chapel of St Mary and St George, are invited to attend a Service in celebration of marriage at 9.00am on Sunday 7 August. Partners and family members are naturally encouraged to attend.
As many as fifty marriages are solemnised each year in the School Chapel, so it is appropriate that when we hold a celebratory Eucharist in honour of St Priscilla and St Aquila, First Century husband and wife converts of St Paul to Christianity and honoured as Patron Saints of Good Marriages, that the School’s community should celebrate, with thanksgiving and joy, the marriage of so many Old Guildfordians in our beautiful and awe inspiring School Chapel.
Guests are invited to stay for brunch after the service.
