Yes, it’s time to reunite with old school friends at the Old Guildfordians' Annual Dinner. 

This dinner is for former students of Guildford Grammar School only and is not a partnered event. The Classes of 1964, 1974 and 1984 will also be celebrating their reunions.

Old Guildfordian of the Year and Speaker:
Professor George Yeoh (Ha 61-64)
With a life dedicated to the battle against cancer, George is the new President of Cancer Council Western Australia. He is the Associate Dean of Research in the University of Western Australia Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences, as well as a Professor of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. The extraordinary work of the Yeoh lab has seen it build an international reputation as the first to demonstrate the presence of liver progenitor cells in human liver diseases. His extraordinary journey includes being awarded the CJ Martin Overseas Research Fellowship, under the banner of the National Health and Medical Research Council, and studying at the University of Pennsylvania USA and the Beatson Institute for Cancer Research, Scotland. George has an enduring passion for tennis and he has been involved with the Hopman Cup for 21 years, filling the role of Chair of Match Control for the last 18 years. Having held positions such as Captain and President at Corinthian Park Tennis Club, in 2006 George was elevated to Life Member of the club for his service.

A complimentary bus service is available with the pick-up points as shown below. The bus will return to these locations (in reverse order) when the evening is over. 4.20pm - Como Hotel, 241 Canning Hwy, Como. Meet behind the bottle shop on Norton Street.
4.55pm - Hollywood Senior Citizens Village, 118-120 Monash Avenue, Nedlands. Meet at the corner of Smyth Road and Monash Avenue.
5.10pm - Perth Train Station, Wellington Street, Perth. Meet in the station’s car park on Wellington Street, across the road from Forest Chase.
