Notice of Annual General Meeting (7.30pm on 1 November 2017)
The Old Guildfordians Association Inc.
Notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting at 7.30pm Wednesday 1 November 2017, in the Foundation Pavilion, Guildford Grammar School. Elections for the following will be held: (1) President (2) Secretary (3) Web Master (4) Committee Members (5) Mr Peter Verschuer (Prep/Wb 1964-1970) for Honorary Life Membership. Nominations (in writing) for the positions of President, Secretary and Web Master must be received by 7.30pm on 20 September 2017. Any suggested amendments to the rules must be received by 7.30pm on Wednesday 4 October 2017.
